1.2. The mobile application "GTA 5 Cheat Codes for PS, XBOX, PC" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") — a software product for devices running on the Android OS, provided by the Developer.

1.3. The user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") — any person who has downloaded and is using the Application.

2. General Provisions

• Yandex App Metrica – for analyzing user behavior to improve the Application.

• Yandex Advertising Network – for displaying advertisements.

6. Data Protection

6.1. The collection and protection of anonymous data are carried out by third-party services that use modern security methods, including encryption and restriction of unauthorized access, in accordance with their privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

7.1. The Application is intended for use only by individuals over the age of 18. The User confirms that they meet this age requirement; otherwise, they must immediately stop using the Application.

7.2. The Developer does not collect, process, or store data of users under the age of 18.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

8.1. The Developer reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of significant changes, the User will be notified.
